UGANDA
In October 2017, James Ross travelled to Uganda with members of Manchester's Chetham's School of Music, working with the Kampala Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, and the musicians of the Kampala School of Music, in in music including from J.S. Bach, Mass in B Minor, Brahms' Ein Deutsches Requiem, Handel's Zadok the Priest, Haydn's The Creation and Mozart's Requiem and Exsultate, jubilate.
Chetham's musicians and their Ugandan colleagues also worked together in practical conducting masterclasses.
